Explorers Book Study – “The Way” by Larry Jordan.Can we encounter God or the Universe without accepting human doctrines that no longer make sense in light of modern science?
Can we think about God or the Universe as the “ground of being” rather than as a being—much as many mystics think about God?
These are the questions we will explore in our three-week study of Larry Jordan’s delightful little book The Way: Meaningful spirituality for a modern world, starting on Tuesday 26 August 2025 in the Weyer Room of the Caloundra Uniting Church.
Tuesday 26 August – 2.30 to 4 pm
Tuesday 2 September – 2.30 to 4 pm
Tuesday 9 September – 2.30 to 4 pm
Sunday 21 September – 5.30 to 7 pm – final gathering
Even if you don’t have a book I dare say you could still participate in what’s likely to be a lively discussion. Ken.
